Mercedes Benz just can't get the sound right

"We attended Kenny Chesney earlier this year and then BOTH nights of ATLive this past weekend. Sound quality is just terrible, no matter where you sit. The instruments are too loud and muffled together. It is just loud noise, can't understand what the artists are saying when they are speaking, can't make out the lyrics. All you hear is echo and reverb. I don't know if it is the sound equipment or that the acoustics are terrible but it needs to be addressed. And the sound doesn't synch up with what is on the video monitors- there is a delay and it is very annoying. And we witnessed people leaving in droves shortly after Moonmill took the stage because you could not hear the singing. All the reviews and comments on social media are saying the same thing- sound is horrible, sound is so bad we had to leave, etc. Three concerts at this venue and we are done. Please hire some experts and FIX THE HORRIBLE SOUND QUALITY! It is really too bad because we love the physical stadium, the food choices, conveniences, access to MARTA train for swift in and out. We'e love to see Kenny with FGL in May but we just can't do the crappy MB sound thing again!!!"
